Featuring a magical view of Point OHalloran Waters, this dream home has 4 Bedrooms, 2 of which lead into an adjoining ensuite and another that has a WIR (Master has an Ensuite & WIR), Large Rumpus room, Bathroom + 2 Ensuites + WC + Powder, an extraordinary Modern Kitchen with an Island Bench and a multi-colour LED Light system, Stainless Steel Appliances, Dry Bar Area, Large Family Room and an Open Plan Dining Room with Ceiling to Floor Glass windows to soak in the views. Simplicity and precision in design characterises this four-bedroom home in Victoria Point. Inspired by the modernist architecture of the 20th Century, it showcased an ‘upside down’ layout that gave the impression of living in the treetops.

There are many misconceptions about choosing steel or timber structure, such as steel structures are noisier than timber. However, with the refinement of the newer steel structures, there is a less noticeable difference.
